IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TOO stop error message at address Ax000000A

i get an IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TOO stop error
message at address Ax000000A. Does anyone know what could
be causeing this and how to fix it. It ussually happens
when i am running one or all of the following programs,
Direct Connect, Windows Media Player, Internet Explorer, a
few folders, and a GBA Emulator.
Can Someone please help me.
