IRQ Sharing

I am having trouble with a wireless USB. Under msinfo32;
Conflist Sharing, windows has assigned IRQ 9 to ACPI, the
video card, the sound cards, the modem, nic and 2 VIA USB
universal Host controllers. How is this assignment made
and how can I remove the USB controllers and assign them
their own IRQ. I would have expected windows to at least
give the video it's own Interupt. Under IRQ, it shows 2,
5, 7, and 11 open after removing sound, nic & modem
cards. Thanks Frank
