Hi, I use a piece if software called iris. All program files are stored in a
folder called IRIS and not in programs files.
From the iris folder I have a short cut to my desktop called iwinload.exe,
this opens the main menu for the app.
From here I select what module I wanted to access. in this case accounts
production, I then receive a message saying that "iwinaprd.exe has stopped
working" and the program closes.
If though I run the iwinaprd.exe file straight from the IRIS folder under my
computer on the c drive all works fine.
Thanks for your time
