IRIATATING SOUND ON WEB PAGE LOAD OR POP UP.

XP Pro User with IE 6 Installed. Get the most irratating pop-up like sound
whenever
a web page is loading. Only way to get around is to mute the entire sound
system.

I have tried internet options and ctrol panel sound settings with no avail.

PLease please please someone take this splinter from my mind driving me
mad!!!!!!

In the Sounds applet in Control Panel did you set Start Navigation and
Complete Navigation to None?

Hi,
This may be the "plop" sound from PestPatrol when the program blocks a
cookie.

Go to http://www.pestpatrol.com/Support/Most_Popular_Solutions.asp
Look for "Turning off PestPatrol Sounds"
