ipv6-neighbor solicitation

Thanks for all the help I've received so far setting up a working IPv6
network on windows.

Everything is working except one machine now. I have fec0 address on 3 W2003
machines. From the problem machine, I can ping the other 2 machines but from
the other two machines, I can not ping the problem machine. I looked at the
neighbor cache and see the the machines unable to ping do not have an entry
for the fec0 address on the problem machine. I took a network trace and see
the machines sending a neighbor solicitation message but the problem machine
does not respond.

I turned advertise=enable on the problem machine interface but the problem
didn't change.

Is there anyway to manually add a entry to the neighbor cache? or any ideas
why my problem machine isn't answering the neighbor solicitation?

Do you have the IPV6 firewall enabled?
