IPSEC for Vista

I write to inquire if IPSEC actually exists within Vista Ultimate or is it a
third party application. Guidance sought

Yes, it's there in Vista Ultimate as I use it to supplement the Vista
packet firewall. You can get to it the same way you do with XP pro with
secpol.msc at the Run Box.
