IPSec connection to Linksys

Hi,

I have my W2k pro and Linksys configured using the KB on Linksys's website.
When pinging the LAN from the W2k all I get is "Negotiating IP Security"
over and over. When running a sniff, nothing is showing in the log. When
using "connect" in the Linksys, the sniff shows traffic received on port
500, but never a transmit. Also in the VPN log in the Linksys just shows "Tx
<W2k IP address> SA" and no Rx.

Hi Jutta,

It sounds like a negotiation failure. Follow the steps in the basic
troubleshooting KB. Specifically check the event log after enabling the
audit policy. You may have to check the oakley log as well.
