how do i convert an mpeg or windows media file into a quicktime movie. I
have an mpeg 4 file which my ipod will recognise,

If you use a website like http://www.mediaconverter.org/ they convert it
online for you - Or - Use a program like ImTOO 3GP converter or Camtasia
Studio to convert it to any type of video/audio file
