iPod dilemma - "There is no disk in the drive..."

I am trying to move music from my iPod to my desktop, and
have purchased a program called "Access" which enables
this transfer. However, when I go to begin the Access
program, I get the following message:

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR4." Does anyone have any
suggestions? Thank you for your time and help...

Since 'Access' is the name of an MS application I would'nt have thought
there would be another app with the same name.
