has 2 network cards

PC1----------------PC3---------------PC2

Pc1:IP: 10.0.1.95
MASK: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 10.0.1.1

Pc2: IP: 10.0.0.4
MASK: 255.255.255.0

From pc3 I'm able to ping pc1 and pc2, but I'm not able to
ping pc1 from pc1 crossing pc3.
Of course I've enabled the "enablerouting" key in the
registry, still it doesn't work...
why?

Did you reboot PC3. the key does not take effect until the TCP/IP Service
is reloaded. Other than that your config looks right
