Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click on the System
icon.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Hit the "Environmental Variables" button.
In the "System Variables" box, click on the Path entry and
select Edit.
At the very least, these items should be listed:

%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem

If those items are missing, download fixpath2.zip from this web
site:

http://internet.cybermesa.com/~bstewart/misctools.html

Extract the files and run fixpath.exe.

Here's some info to explain what may be happening on your
computer:

Keep in mind that problems with your system's Path can be
caused by a virus. Make sure you run a scan with an updated
antivirus program.

Good luck
