ip tracking

Hi -
If one sends an email from within outlook to another
outlook user (on the same system), is there anyway to
track ip addresses that individual users used?
Also, if one uses the web version to send to users on the
same outlook system, is their ip tracking?

not if they are using the same exchange server - when two OL clients are
used, there is no header. When OWA is used, you'll have a header, but no
IPs.
