IP sec service not starting

I am running RAS and am unable to get ipsec to start.
Running 2k Pro. It was working fine and then just stopped
working/ Any suggestions out there..
 
Users have reported before that uninstalling and reinstalling tcp/ip often fixes the
problem. Also look in Event Viewer for any errors that may give a clue to the
problem. --- Steve
