IP conflict.

Someone on my network of 200 computers puts IP of my
server as his IP, thus conflicting with my 2k server. Now
whenever 2k finds IP conflicting, it disables its own IP
as long as the other machine changes to some other IP. Is
there anyway i can force 2k to still have the same ip on
the same network?

No. You should run this command

nbtstat -A 192.168.xxx.yyy

to determine the name of the rogue user or rogue machine,
then ask his manager to read him the riot act. Note that
the switches for nbtstat.exe are case-sensitive.
