I have three PCs all connected to a ADSL Modem (the type
that holds the un and pass). I do have a static IP and
want to VPN from another PC to PC2 in my network. How do
I do this though as PC2 does not actually hold the Static
IP (the Modem does)?

You will have to consult your modem/router documentation. What you want to
do is enable VPN pass through and map the appropriate port (usually TCP
1723) to the internal address of PC2). The way you accomplish this varies
by product. If you do not have a product manual, they are usually available
for download at the manufacturers web site.

Do you mean PC2s internal IP Address??

the easiest way would be to buy a router with the vpn installed,, may I
suggest the Dlink DI 624 inexpensive and works very well

Yes - "to the internal address of PC2" - the idea is that when the router
receives VPN packets on your public Internet IP, it will forward them to the
internal IP of your VPN server computer.
