IP address "disappeared"???

XP Home SP2 -- Norton I.S. 2005

Log viewer shows "Firewall setting "Port Block Allow NetBIOS" changed. Old
Value: 1 New Value: 0" --- and --- "IP address has disappeared and is no
longer being protected."

Security threat? A Norton "thing"???

Please advise & thanks for the input!
