If the IP address was assigned by your Internet service provider, you
can't change it. If that's the case, call your ISP and report the
problem to them.
If the IP address is 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x, it wasn't assigned by
your ISP. If that's the case, please post another news group message
with a complete description of your network setup: computers, routers,
etc.
