There seems to be some confusion over this registry
entry. Virtually all websites on WinXP/2000 tweaking
indicate that IOPageLockLimit is the number of KBytes
lockable for I/O operations, while Microsoft's registry
reference specifies it's the number of Bytes. Which is
it? What is the recommended value for 1GB of ram?
