IOC.exe Startup block

What is the IOC.Exe file in the msconfig file. If I
uncheck it what will happen? I am trying to get rid of
the "safely remove hardware" icon in the system tray.

Hi,

It's not a Windows file. I would disable it, then locate it on my system and
manually scan it with an updated antivirus program.
