Invoice Template not going to next ITEM - XML HELP!!!!

I am creating an invoice and my XML is not pulling in more than one line/item
on my invoice template. If I create a one line invoice it merges and saves
perfectly. If I go to populate an invoice from Microsoft Accounting Express
into word with an invoice that has more than one line of items it crashes
Word. I can't figure it out. Not sure if I'm missing some type of XML coding
or something. I'm brand new to XML and need help. I can email you the invoice
template if you need, so you can see it for yourself and tell me if I'm
missing something.

Can you please spell out:
which version of Word;
what your invoice template consists of
where you are getting your XML data from and what you are getting it with
how you are currently trying to insert the XML data into your template.
