Invisable files in My Computer

When I open My Computer or any other folder ,The files do
not appear as if they are invisable ,The only files that
appear are fonts or icons in the control panel.Then when I
click x ,the window won't close and the system slows down
to a snails pace.I ran a virus check and it did find some
virus' something like eiber and tri/kev.I also had attacks
on my firewall.Any help will be great.

and /or SpyBot search & Destroy. Update both before running
