Inverted Screen Display

I have a Compaq Presario S5200 NX, running XP Home. I've
had it for about 6 months. Yesterday, while in the
Control Panel, something was selected, not sure what it
was and the person who was using the computer can't
remember either, but whatever was selected inverted my
screen 180 degrees....my picture is up-side down. Even
during a reboot, the screen comes back up inverted.

Can anyone help with this problem? I'm sure it is
something simple that I'm not aware of.

Not the monitor setting.....the GIU that comes up when I
start messing with the controls is not inverted. This
tells me that something has happened within windows.

Thanks for your reply.

Drivers for Nvidia cards (and maybe some others) have a facility to
rotate the screen, to use with monitors that rotate to portrait mode.
R-click in the desktop. take Properties, on the Settings page click
Advanced and look for a page that would have the setting on it
