Inverted Image in powerpoint

Whilst opening a powerpoint presentation certain images are showing as
backwards ( Appear mirrored) rather than the correct way round?

Any ideas how to fix?
 
This is a known issue with PPT 2002(XP) and 2003. Use this add-in to
correct: http://skp.mvps.org/unflip.htm
