I've created my database in ACC2000 on an XP machine. I split the database so
that I could put the front end on a windows 98SE machine at the front of the
store and have the tables remain on the XP machine in the back of the store.
The problem is that wehn I attempt to open any other form besides the menu
that auto-opens when the application starts I get an invalid path error.
Both PC's can see each other across the network just fine and I can transfer
files back and forth with ease. Yet for some reason the database just doesn't
want to work. What do I need to do to get it to function so that I can access
the database from the front of the store?
