Invalid parameter name

I am deploying Crystal Report 9 in my Windows Application.

When I try to run the report, error 'Load crpe32.dll
failed' is prompted. So, i copy the file crpe32.dll from
directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal
Decisions\1.0\Bin to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal
Decisions\2.0\Bin. Then, another error is prompted as
following:

Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer
Error in File <report filename>:
Invalid parameter name.

What should I do now? I already include the necessary
merge modules in my setup project.

oh, i also doing same you and have error same.
with 'Load crpe32.dll failed error that this seem better solution , but what cause of Invalid parameter name error?
any one have solution ?
