invalid page fault in module TPS108.DLL

Every time I try to open up internet explorer, my
computer, control panel, and various othe apps I receive
this message: invalid page fault in module TPS108.DLL.
Then the second message says that internet explorer has
caused the fault and try rebooting the computer. Reboot
solves nothing.
