I installed CompuSec Security Suite and the password I used will not let me open up my computer. How do I get in it. Everything I have tried has not worked. My username goes through, when I type my password in it says I have no access to this computer. Please give me somekind of advice.

lana,
Does Compusec have a support forum? It's only a suggestion
that you could post there, too. Then maybe other Compusec
users who are familiar with the product will be able to
help you.

I hate to say it,but,if you've "locked" your computer
with special security software,it would not be a very
safe product if someone knew how to compromise it.

Is there any chance you are mis-typing the password?
Or,using the wrong case,if it is case-sensitive?
Perhaps you might've not pressed the shift key when
programming in the random symbols which all strong
passwords should contain a measure of?

I wish I could help.I hope someone will come up with a
better answer for you.

Strange,Tim.Try running dxdiag and refreshing the system
certificates?
