invalid character error

i keep getting an run time error stating invalad character error it keeps on poping up non stop, how do i get rid of this problem???
 
Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
