I have the same problem but i only have a OEM cd. How can i repair my
boot.ini file?

If it's an installation CD, even if OEM, it should work. If it's a
recovery CD it won't. In that case borrow one of the same flavor, i.e.
Home or Pro. It will work to get into the recovery console to follow
the directions in that article.
