Invalid Backweb application "137903"

Hi. when i start my computer , i allways get this
message "Invalid backweb application 137903" and i dont
know what is this abot. also, if i want to RESTART my
comp. it just shut down. never restart.. Can u please
help me with this

Go into Control Panel > Add Remove Programs and uninstall Backweb; it is a
form of spyware.
