Error message on start-up

Recently, when I restart the computer I receive a message:
"Runner error--invalid Backweb Application id 137903" I
click "ok" and it goes away, but what does it mean?

Hi Jan,

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab and disable the line that loads
backweb. It is an unnecessary application included on many preinstalled
systems.
