Invalid access to memory location

My popups are coming up blank or are not opening at all.
Cannot seam to locate the issue. The error on the page
reads: "Invalid access to memory location" I've got
Tredd Micro PC-cillin and don't recollect making any
changes to the settings lately. I had the Google toolbar
but ininstalled it thinking it might be the issue. A
good example of the issuue is going on auto trader and
clicking on a photo. I also have a business application
that requires a new window that won't pop up at all.
Any help is appreciated!

It got worse..I reinstalled IE6 from the website download,
the other error went away, now popups "stall" when they
open, if I drag them around they screen within the popup
gets all "squigly" from the off screen area as I drag it
around - you've probably seen this. The error now reads:

I tried to uninstall IE using "remove windows components"
to reinstall it over but it doesn't seem to want to
uninstall. I'M HAVING TO RESORT TO NETSCAPE TO EVEN BE
ABLE TO REPLY HERE!

Now the runtime error is Object Required or there is no
error shown at all just a window frame that never
completly opens. I've done everything in Knowledge base
acticle #308260! Geting close to reformatting XP AGAIN.
