Many of you may well be aware of the "WUS Wiki" at http://wus.editme.com.
This has been a great success since its introduction and the site is now a
very valuable resource for those interested in Update Services. Ever eager
to plagiarize with the best of 'em, Group Policy is following suit.

Please consider participating in the new Group Policy Wiki, which is located
at http://www.grouppolicywiki.com. As you may know, the whole philosophy
behind a Wiki is that everyone owns the site - it's a community thing! You
can add content on the fly, augment existing content and, if the need
arises, correct content. Over time, this "converges" towards a site of
significant value backed by participant-driven accuracy/validation.

n terms of the focus of this Wiki, I';d propose we don't need much "What is
Group Policy?" content here (since we're covered well for that at
http://www.microsoft.com/grouppolicy and
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/grouppolicy and many other sites). Rather,
the primary intent of the Wiki site is around real world, practical,
support-oriented content.

How do you get involved? Just registry yourself, take a look at the existing
content and have at it!!! You'll find a Regiser option on the menu on the
right-hand side of the page.

If you have any questions please let us know. We trust this will be a
valuable resource to the Group Policy community.

So, what are you waiting for? :) Seriously, I want to emphasize that the
Wiki site is "your site". There is a tremendous number of skilled
participants on this newsgroup and I know that, collectively, you have deep
and experience with Group Policy. The Wiki concept is both efficient and -
dare I say - fun! Take a look at the site and if you find one single area
where you can "add another brick" then you can count yourself in as an early
contributor :)

Anyway, I did want to just remind everyone of this new site. Please let us
know if you have any questions.

Thanks!
