Intouch Wonderware 9.5 Installation problem in WindosXP SP2 Embedd

I can Try to install Intouch Wonderware 9.5 in windows XP SP2 but
Installation Process does not start. I can create immage of windows XP SP2
with .NET 1.1 because of My Application required .Net framework 1.1.

SO please Help Me on this....
