intetnet explorer getting error

sometimes shen i am connected to internet via broadband i notice that
there is message that there is some error if i choose to report it or
not but my connection gets authomatically closed and i have to
reboot.
Why? is there any solution

Try noticing what the error is. See if there is a detail button that you can
click to view if the error has a name. If it's succinct enough jot it down.
Do a google search for it and see if you can get any hits. It may lead you
to the solution.
