Have just upgraded from windows xp home to professional,
and now can't gain access to the internet. have spoken to
wanadoo who tell me it's a dialer problem. Help!
 
Hi,

Try to install the drivers for the modem again. You can do that by going to Device Manager and then update the drivers for Modems. Be sure that you have the manufacturer's CD with the drivers ready when you do that.
