Internet Window doesn't come up as full size

I don't remember doing anything, but when I click a link (like to my email
from msn messenger) the new window that comes up is small and not the whole
size of the screen. If I directly open Internet Exp. from the desktop of
start menu, the window that comes up is the normal, full screen size. How
can I make the windows come up as full size?
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
