Internet-Vista

I got a new computer, Gateway- GT5408, yesturday that came with Vista Home
Premium. I tried connecting to the internet, but it keeps giving me "limited
connectivity". All other computers in my house that are connected to the
internet works perfectly fine (these computers run on xp). I tried changing
my own ip or letting it get it's own ip, still doesn't help.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

It could bet the router is not compatible with the Vista. Or this search
result may help.

OMG, changing the NIC works like a charm!!!!
Just to post a follow up, change the NIC speed would work
Go to contgrol panel, system, device manager, your network card, properties,
advance tab, link speed, change from auto detect to 100 or 10 Mbps/ half!
works for me!

thanks Rob, your great man!
