Internet videos playing in Explorer

Any video accessed from a website is playing in the
Internet Explorer window.

I preferred to play in Media Player seperately as among
other things Explorer is stretching the movies to fit the
window.

How do I get my media to play out of Internet Explorer?

Launch Internet Explorer.

Click on the Media icon from the toolbar.

At the bottom, slick on Media Options...... then on Settings.
