I keep getting the page cannot be displayed when I try to
access Symantec (Norton Antivirus) - or when I sign on to
Norton Updates, it says that my ISP is down. I had the
Sasser Worm, it is fixed, but I want to get to the Live
Updates. I tried the suggestions on the Page Cannot be
Displayed screen - under Advanced Security I did not have
the PCT1.0 prompt.

Help!!!!!

I've had exactly the same problem. Now, I can only get online using Netscape, and IE6 takes 5-10 minutes just to open. I re-installed IE6 and the service packs, and it is still not working properly. Everything is fine when I use netscape though (which I had to use to get here!). I haven't heard any solutions yet though...

Eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:
