Internet Usage Agent

Is there a good Usage Agent program that can monitor how much I have
downloaded while removing certain IPs from the calculations.

Also it would be great if it can monitor how much traffic is being used
by the other comps that use my comp. as an internet gateway ?

And also be able eliminate intra-lan? traffic/usage/ from the readings ?
