internet & systems restore

I dont know if this an update issue or not I can't go to http://www.pge.com
and i have never had a problem going to it before the computers i havent
updated for some time dosen't have a problem going to this web site I tried
to use systems restore but it says it cant restore to that date and it wont
for any date as far as I know I dont have a problem with any other web sites
I have tried other browsers and it the same thing saying cant find server or

This may be a temporary problem outside of your system, with your ISP's
servers. that link works fine for me.

Try googling Pacific Gas and Electric, and see if that helps you get there.

Also, punctuation can really help make your questions more readable.
