internet setup in guest account

Does anyone know how I can set up a new internet
connection within the guest account window? When I try, I
get a response that tells me I must be an administrator
to set up a new connection. The problem is, I can't even
change the guest account to "administrator" as this
option is not available. I already have an internet
connection on my own user account but it apparently
doesn't roll over to the guest account by default. Any
suggestions? Thanks!

Darcy,

Guest account, by design cannot connect to internet. Cannot initialize a RAS
connection. But it can use an already ON cable/dsl/lan or already connected
dial-up account using Fast user Switching.

Dial-up connections might terminate while switching users, to prevent that
