Please a little help.I've ran full scans and deleted what
i was told plenty if times and still the same ole same
ole.Any help is greatly appreciated

dead so I can't see what you see but didn't tell us what you see.

And WHAT is the same old, same old? Did you reboot into Safe Mode and
try eradicating whatever it is that you didn't mention?
