I have an Internet Script Error unspecified that does not allow me to print e-mails from Outlook Express, even if I press 'yes' or 'no'. I can copy the mail and print it elsewhere, but this is frustrating! My computer store says I will have to have Windows XP set up again. Any advice?
The message that comes up is as follows:
Internet Explorer Script Error
Line 2021
Char 1
Error unspecified error
Code O
URL res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
YES/NO

Outlook Express was set up with Windows XP ( or transferred when I upgraded from Windows ME) I have no information on which version I have. Might it have come with Windows 95?

Yep... Which version of Outlook Express do you have, and what does the full error message say? ;)

We need as much info as possible to help :thumb:
