internet problem

I'm running XP home edition. Can't pinpoint when problem
started, but when connected to the internet (dialup)as
anyone but the administrator, sites won't load. Limited
account users in household can connect to internet but it
just won't load the sites. Thanks for any help.

Dialup often decays.

Remove it and redo it by running inetwiz in your run box.
wsock32.dll can also become damaged or taken over by some virus.
