internet problem need help!!!

Hi,
I tried to connect my laptop to Calble router. However, I am not able to
browse the internet. I am able to ping to another computer without problem. I
also try to reset my IP address. When i click to repair .. It show that
"there is limited connection.." I also not able to renew my ip address from
DOS command.
Do you have any idea about this? Thanks you very much

How did you connect to cable router? (usb, network cable...)
How are you connected to other computers? (network card>network cable)

Click Start, Run, type:

cmd

Click OK

At the Command Prompt, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Now type:

exit

Press Enter

Restart the system
