internet pop ups

Hi.
Please help me. I cannot surf the web without getting
popup going at me every 5 seconds. Does anyone know how to
stop this please.....
I've uninstalled any odd looking software which i think is
attatched to programmes that ive downloaded like sahagent
and shopathome agent. What they came in on i dont
know ,but I know they are bad.
But i still get the pop ups.

This is usually caused by spyware or adware that's messed up the network.

Get a copy of AdAware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/, install it, update
it, then run it and clean everything it finds. Also get a copy of CoolWeb
Shredder from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/ and run it as well.

You may also want to consider a pop-up blocker. Use google.com or
download.com to find one, there are many free ones available.

Buy and install Norton Internet Security.

I get no pop-ups or SPAM
