internet pop ups

i have a firewall installed and enable installed on my
computor but i can't even surf the web because every time
i try to go to a specific web page i get 10 pop up web
pages. some one told me that i have a port open somewhere.
how can i find this and fix this problem it is driving me
crazy.

Greetings --

Either stay away from that one particular web site, or install a
3rd party web pop-up blocker. A firewall can't do anything to prevent
a web site from generating pop-ups.
