internet password

Can anybody please advise me on how to create a password
just for the internet, so the whole family can use the
computer but are not allowed to go on to the internet
without a password

No easy way to do that without using third party tools. Windows itself does
not have a password feature for access to the internet.

If you have Windows XP- Go into Network Connections, Go into your network
adapter or your connection and then if it is a DSL Connection Or Dial Up
Double click your connection and use an account which is the only one to
access the internet and select connection for only me only in teh dialog box
(if applicable)
